Jeff Preuss
Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Preuss has 25 years executive level, healthcare services experience. With 10 years value based reimbursement and physician practice management leadership, he was a senior / founding executive at Viva Health, a Clinician driven HMO and primary care PPM.

 

As CEO of a leading national hospice company for 10 years, Jeff has deep post-acute experience and was responsible for more than 1,000 employees in 8 states. Previously he spent 8 years as Practice Leader for the Middle Market Consulting Group at Deloitte & Touche in Boston.

James Shoemaker, DO
Market Medical Director

Dr. Jim Shoemaker founded and built Ormond Medical Arts over some 40 years. He trained at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and served as Chief of Staff at Halifax Hospital.

He maintains privileges with both Florida Hospital Health System and Halifax Health System. Dr. Shoemaker is deeply attuned to preventive medicine, ancillary support services, primary care driven population healthcare, and innovative pharmaceutical trials.

Jim Mihnovich
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Mihnovich most recently served as CFO of the 700 MD University of Louisville Physician Group. His understanding of complex practice issues, financial reporting and management is key to driving manageable growth, efficient operations, and consistent results.

Previously Jim served as a Senior Finance and Accounting Director for Lifepoint Health Physician’s and HCA Physicians Services, serving several thousand Clinicians with reporting responsibility for $1 billion combined revenue.

Chip Dempsey
Chief Development Officer

Chip has 20 years acquisition, sales, and healthcare leadership experience. Mr. Dempsey was Sr. V.P., Acquisitions & Strategic Investments for PSS World Medical, where he oversaw roughly 30 acquisitions and $375m revenue.

 

His expertise includes primary care market and healthcare business development operations for companies such as Beckman Coulter and PSS World Medical, from inception through acquisition by Welsh Carson and McKesson.

Tammy Shoemaker
Director, Market Operations

Mrs. Shoemaker brings 30 years of healthcare experience, and is uniquely positioned to lead a growing primary care operation across metro-Daytona. As the senior operating executive in primary care and post-acute enterprises, her operations have achieved the highest level of Medicare quality recognition and reimbursement incentives.

Tammy graduated from Moravian College, majoring in Business Management, and worked for Proctor & Gamble Pharmaceuticals. She is skilled in clinician relations, introduction of VBR ancillaries, and patient service excellence for primary care practices, each empowering providers to diagnose, treat and prevent disease in a cost effective manner.

Kim Marsden
Director, Pharmaceutical Research

 

Mrs. Marsden brings over 20 years of experience in the clinical research industry and holds several professional certifications. Since 2009, she has been the lead executive over an operation acclaimed by sponsors and regulators as a model facility.

 

Kim has been involved in all aspects of over 300 phase I – phase IV clinical trials. She manages trials and site personnel from pre-study planning, contract and proposal development, through successful completion.
